Ho‘ohana is a Hawaiian word, referring to a core value within the Managing with Aloha philosophy of value-alignment: It is the value of intentional, worthwhile work. “Who we are” as community, can include you too!

We know our personal and professional values will determine how we live, work, manage, and lead our lives. When we are intentional about our values, we connect them to actions which significantly boost our energies, and help us realize the fullness of our human capacity because they are much more connective, and thus, effective. Ho‘ohana is not just about jobs or a career track, but about all intentional work. Therefore, it rejuvenates whatever work we do by aligning all of our value intentions with our lifestyle goals, a process which is both joyful and personally fulfilling. When we Ho‘ohana, we improve the quality of life.

Titles appear below for articles recently published by Ho‘ohana Publishing: Take a look, and see which of our web-based neighborhoods might be best for you as you learn more at your leisure. There are no fees or memberships for each site listed here: We Ho‘ohana together in a commitment to Aloha, to lifelong learning, and to each other.
